Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact to qualify.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure, insured shipping label.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the item in its original Trabert Goldsmiths presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with all original certifications and documentation.

  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned for insurance tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master goldsmiths verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
